How to Register
Six Fast, Easy Ways to Register Confirmation A class confirmation ticket will be mailed to you detailing the date and location. If you do not receive confirmation prior to the class date, it is your responsibility to call our office (202) 797-5102. First Class Cancellation Policy If you cannot attend a class as planned, you may request a credit voucher by returning your class admission receipt to our office three days in advance of the class. Credit requests may not be made over the phone. Credit vouchers are valid for six months and no credits are issued for bus trips or computer classes. If a class is postponed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a credit voucher if you are unable to attend the rescheduled date. Refunds will be issued only in the unlikely event that we are unable to reschedule a class. Certificate of Completion You are entitled to an official First Class, Inc. certificate of completion at the conclusion of your course. A $6 fee is charged to cover calligraphic services and postage. Membership You can save by becoming a First Class, Inc. member. Your member benefits include discounts on all classes, a waiver of the $7 registration fee, 12 half-price events, and discounts from local merchants. An individual membership is $35 per year and a family/company membership is $60 per year. Inclement Weather Policy We are not able to issue refunds for classes which have been postponed due to inclement weather. FIRST CLASS, Inc. will make every effort to reschedule classes as quickly as possible. The closest subway stop is the Q Street (north) exit of the Dupont Circle Metro Station (red line). Refunds Refunds will be given only in the event First Class, Inc. cancels a course. Refunds are issued on the 20th of each month. |
